We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and lead the strategy, creation, and execution of impactful content across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building brand presence online, growing communities, and driving engagement through innovative and data-driven social media campaigns. This role involves working closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, and emerging channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, stories, etc.) that reflects the brand’s voice and identity.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a strong and loyal audience.
• Stay current on trends, platform updates, and best practices, using insights to inform campaigns and content planning.
• Work with influencers, brand partners, and collaborators to amplify reach and grow brand awareness.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content in coordination with broader marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio or examples of successful campaigns and content.
• Deep understanding of each social platform’s algorithms, audience behavior, and content formats.
• Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and writing with a keen eye for design and brand tone.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite).
• Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred:
• Experience with paid social campaigns and ad optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Background in branding and experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and video editing apps for short-form content.
